GCW, a retail-focused advisory business, has strengthened its offering with the appointment of CBRE’S former head of national landlord team, React News can reveal.
Callum Mortimer has joined GCW as a director, after heading up CBRE’s retail landlord team. Mortimer’s remit will focus on High Street agency on behalf of landlords and occupiers in the top 35 markets across the UK.
Prior to joining GCW, he worked for CBRE for over seven years in Edinburgh then London after starting his career with Culverwell. His UK-wide experience will boost GCW as he seeks to utilise retailer tenancy information to help clients make more informed asset management and investment decisions.
